NeurOntogenicsTM Instant Rehab System -
I was told that muscle weakness and imbalance is causing my problem, and that I need to work out to strengthen them, isn't that true?
Answer: To answer that question, we first need to understand what is meant by weak muscles. After an injury, the body purposely and intelligently adapts, tightening some muscles loosening others to protect the injured area while altering posture throughout the body to compensate. If tested, muscles that are part of this adaptation pattern may be weak, or show other abnormalities. Because those muscles have been purposefully altered by the brain, it is more appropriate refer to them as inhibited. Proper treatment will immediately turn those muscles back on, often removing the pain and weak feeling that went along with the weakness.
That said, I do recommend a good strength training program, once the balance has been restored, from the top down.
Exercise, stretching, or other activity does not specifically reverse muscle inhibition. RETURN TO TOP
My doctor told me I have arthritis, can NeurOntogenicsTM IRS help?
Most named conditions like arthritis, bursitis, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis,
shin splints and tendinitis don’t really tell us specifically what is going on or
what has caused it. One thing we know for sure however, is that all of them will
have muscle inhibition associated with them. Even the presence of abnormalities

In addition, getting digestion and pH corrected with Q4D Nutrition may help to restore the joints or at least prevent more bone deposition in the wrong places.
How does altered muscle function cause problems?
Answer: several ways. When muscles are unbalanced, a single muscle are part of a
muscle may end up doing the work that should be done by several muscles in combination.
Muscles may also end up fighting each other. If you bend your knee for instance,
the muscles on the front of your leg need to relax to allow the muscles in the back
of your leg to work. This imbalance may be causing pain or predisposing you to repetitive
stress syndromes. You may be familiar with how your tires wire when your front-
I don't remember injuring myself, why would I have muscle problems?
Answer: Without our conscious realization, whenever we injure ourselves, or even go through stressful circumstances, our brains may memorize our reactions to those circumstances. If you sprain your ankle, you shift your posture changing muscle function throughout your body. As you walk around like this for several days, your brain is learning these new muscle patterns and they may not be automatically forgotten. This may not cause you symptoms for years, but in combination with other memorized stress reactions and current conditions, symptoms may emerge without having a new injury.
How can I tell if inhibition is the cause of my problem?
Answer: Every body pain has muscle alteration and inhibition associated with it, that is automatic. Muscle changes may be the cause, may be making the pain worse, or perpetuating the pain. The only way to find out to what extent these muscle changes are causing your symptoms is a trial using methods that address and remove muscle adaptation. RETURN TO TOP
How do you treat muscles that are weak by habit? Doesn't it take a lot of retraining to change a habit?
Answer: No! Strange as it sounds, habits can change immediately! The most recent
research shows that when habitual memories are activated, it is like taking a book
from the library. If you don't return it it's not there anymore. NeurOntogenicsTM
is the method of treatment that systematically takes advantage of this quirk of the
brain, finding, Targeting and preventing the re-
How do these treatments change habits?
Answer: If attention is brought to habitual muscle dysfunction, precise application of natural therapies such as joint manipulation, acupressure (generally using laser or microcurrent) or myofascial treatment, break the larger pattern of dysfunction (maladaptation) that was related to that muscle, leaving a less adapted, thus healthier functional capacity. How many treatments does it take to restore proper muscular function?
Answer: That depends on many factors. If you were a rodeo cowboy or had had several
major skiing accidents or surgeries, you may have many layers of adaptations that
need to be addressed. Knees and ankles, because of their limited range of motion
tend to require less treatment than shoulders or necks which have a wide arc of movement.
So treatment of a single painful area or joint may take only two or three treatments,
but more complicated areas may take 6-
So I get this treatment and my muscles are restored. How often do I have to repeat the treatment?
Answer: Treatment may never have to be repeated again for the same area. If there is no underlying problem with the ligaments, joints, bones or nerves the body will have no reason to alter muscle function again. The effects of treatment tend to be permanent.
So I don't need to exercise at all?
Answer: Exercise is still good and useful for many reasons, but it works better after muscle function is restored and exercise will not restore muscle function by itself. If your problem has been long term or severe, therapeutic exercise may still be necessary. If your muscles are working properly, the exercise itself will be more pleasurable for you. RETURN TO TOP
Is NeurOntogenics Instant Rehab System the only treatment I need?
Answer: Sometimes. NeurOntogenics Instant Rehab System is holistic in nature, and overlaps with treatments that you might receive from acupuncturists, massage therapists and physical therapists. Even the emotional stress and nutritional components may be addressed. That said, going more into depth in any one of those areas may be useful or necessary. Additionally, some conditions require medical care or surgery. The treatment that you receive in NeurOntogenicsTM IRS, even when it overlaps with other areas, is most targeted to how memory and learning has created habits that keep us in pain and dysfunction.
I generally feel pretty good and I do not have any problems participating in my sport. Can NeurOntogenics IRS be beneficial for me?
Answer: It could definitely be helpful. Without exception, we all suffer from muscle
imbalances left over from past adaptation. These imbalances may be detracting from
your performance or making you more susceptible to future injury. Even if you do
not have any symptoms (and many times we do have minor symptoms that we ignore or
forget about) in many cases there is still muscle imbalance due to past adaptation.
